Last week my son came in from the garden and said "mummy, close your eyes and hold out your hands". Now, this always worries me, ever since he put an enormous slug into my hands a couple of years ago. Still, I have to give him the opportunity to make it up to me don't I? Well, this is what he gave me...
It wasn't as squashed as this, but he laid it in my hands and told me I can put it in my book (meaning my much used sketchbook of ideas).
So, using this as inspiration, I sat down last night to make some daisy inspired magnets.
Actually, these do really resemble the squashed daisy I now own, but I'm pleased with them, I think they look great together in a group like this.
Or just one or two. I tried them out on my fridge this morning, and I'm quite attached, so under the umbrella of 'Quality control' I am testing some out before I sell the others!
Wouldn't it be great if recipients feel the same pleasure when receiving one of these as I did when my son gave me the daisy last week?
Have a great day!
