Very excited!!

I'm very excited because I've just booked my 'Marketing / Branding' meeting with George at Flourish Studio's (flourishstudios.co.uk) in April.

I met Fiona Humberston at a business link course in February, and having been impressed with what she did / said at the event, I then went to Guildford a few weeks ago for a preliminary meeting / audit with George. I really enjoyed the meeting, and have had so many ideas buzzing around in my head since then!

Really looking forward to taking this big step - it really is 'what Katie did next...!'

To have and to hold... I've had so much positive feedback about the last piece I made using neutral colours, I wanted to make more! I've had a beautiful piece of antique lace for some years now, not quite knowing what I should do with...

For the passionate people... I've really enjoyed making this one, I love the colours, and the memories that the words conjure up. All the time whilst making this, I've had the song in my head, and little clips keep springing up from the film....
